Meet Our Team

The Strong Futures Allied Health team is made up of passionate, experienced clinicians who are committed to working alongside people, families, and communities to create meaningful and lasting change.

Our team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistants with diverse experience across disability, health, justice, and community settings. We bring specialist expertise in supporting people with complex communication needs, neurodivergence, trauma, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), psychosocial disability, brain injury, and justice involvement.

Our practice is guided by evidence-based approaches, Trauma Informed Care principles, and Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing frameworks. Cultural safety, respect, and collaboration sit at the heart of everything we do. We take the time to build trust, listen deeply, and understand each person’s story, tailoring our support to what matters most to them.

As a team, we are reflective, values-driven, and committed to ongoing learning. We work closely with one another and with our partners to advocate for inclusion, self-determination, and equitable access to high-quality allied health support, particularly for people who experience systemic barriers.
